We’re Leslee and Dave, marriage and life partners for nearly 40 years, parents of four wonderful children, and grandparents to two of the most exceptional little beings on the planet! Now, as co-founders of Ageless Conversations, we want to create a community that honors experience while still leaning forward into what’s next. Ageless Conversations was born from the belief that it’s never too late to grow, to connect, and to lead. And we’re excited to build it with you.

My name is Kellie, and I am the CEO and co-founder of Ageless Conversations. I started this company because I refuse to believe that growing older means becoming invisible. I’ve spent my career in marketing and advocacy — but I’ve also walked through and will continue to walk through trauma, healing, and major reinvention. What I know for sure is that people over 60 are not done — in fact, they are often just getting started. This brand was created to celebrate that power, to curate solutions with real care, and to build a place where older adults are not talked at — but truly seen, heard, and valued. This isn’t just a business to me. It’s a mission. And I am so glad you’re here!
